Annual Awards 2016

We are thrilled to be able to bring you the all new booking process for our Annual Awards 2016.  This page will give you all of the information that you require about the event and also the booking form you need to complete to book your meal.  This event is sponsored by Taste Cuisine, Fysiqal Nutrition.  Thank you to both companies for your contribution and help with the event.

Where is the Awards Evening?

The awards evening is at Elland Road Bremner Suite.

What is the date of the Awards?

The awards are on Saturday 23 July 2016.

What are the times for the event?

I would like to stress that these are rough timings.

5.30pm Arrival

6.00pm Food will be served

7.45pm Awards Ceremony

8.30pm Disco and Karaoke

12.00am Finish

What if my child would like a different sized portion to the ages specified?

If you child would like a larger portion then that is not a problem.  We realise that some children may want the full adult meal or some of the Cheeky Monkeys may want the Junior portion.  This is all fine.  Just please select the correct one with the correct name when filling in the form.  Unfortunately you can’t downsize on the ages.  If your child is 7 then they will need to have the Junior portion and if they are 12 then they must order the Adult meal.

What if I just want to come to the Awards and not eat?

That isn’t a problem.  You can book a tickets for just the Awards and the Disco for £3 per person.  You can select this option on the form at the bottom of this page.

What is the dress code?

We like the evening to be a ‘Posh do’ so we would like everyone to dress up for the event in your best party dresses as this is a formal evening.

How many is the maximum I can have on a table?

The maximum that we can have on a table is 10 people.

What do I do now?

Please complete the booking form by clicking the Apply Now button below.  Once you have completed your form submit it and you will receive an acceptance email.  Once your booking has been processed you will receive an invoice.  Please ensure you make the payment by the due date on your invoice.  Your order will be sent to the venue so please make sure you have chosen correctly because you won’t be able to change your order after you have sent the request.
