Are there any discounts for this day?

If you book onto the Friday workshop as well then you receive a 10% discount.

If you have two children from the same family attending this day then you receive a 10% discount.  

NB You can only receive one discount not two.

What age does the workshop start from?

Age 7 is the youngest age for this workshop

How will the day work?

The day will be split into 3 classes and will run as follows…

12.00 – 13.15 Class 1
13.15 – 14.30 Break
14.30 – 14.45 Class 2
14.45 – 15.30 Lunch
15.30 – 16.45 Class 3
16.45 – 17.00 Break
17.00 – 17.30 Run numbers and refresh ready for the performance
5.30 – 6.00 Perform the routines and pictures with the team

Who is teaching?

James Buckley – Lyrical Jazz

James is a working professional having performed on cruise ships for the last 2 years.

He also performs and occasionally choreographs and directs for “High Flying Productions”, having worked on shows such as Gypsy, Matilda, Chicago and is currently working on Rent.

His dance experience involves adjudicating national competitions, working with top professionals in England and America, and appearing as a special guest teacher for TUI.

Addison George – Commercial Jazz

Addison started working with Skysea Golden Era and also choreographed for one of their nightly shows.   He then started with Carnival Cruise line in 2014 and so far has done 3 contracts with the company.

On his last contract he was selected for the Dance Captain position on the Carnival Triumph for 9 months.

He is now working on building his entertainment company.

Roseanna Aukland – MT Jazz

After graduating Roseanna has performed on various cruise ships as Lead vocalist and Dancer as well as various pantomimes.

Recently she worked and performed with a Little Mix Tribute LMX all around the country both at indoor and outdoor events including festivals and pride events.  

Roseanna is now Choreographer and Singer/Dancer for TF Productions which performs all over the UK.

What will the students need?

They will need to make sure they bring enough food for the day and lunch, as well as drinks for the day.  There is a water fountain for refills but they need to bring with them a drink.

What are the students to wear?

Commercial – Students can wear something funky and more baggy for this style.  Indoor trainers are allowed but they must be clean indoor trainers and not be worn outside.

MT Jazz and Lyrical – Students need to wear something tight fitting, leotards and leggings or crop tops with sloggies and tights.  That kind of thing.  Boys can wear a vest or t shirt and joggers that aren’t too baggy.

Are the children to be left?

Yes no parents are permitted to stay for the day.  Please arrange to drop off and then return for then performance at 5.30pm

Can you attend just one of the classes?

Unfortunately no.  If you would like to attend this workshop then you must attend the full day.
